Phillis is the President and Co-Principal of Select. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years. In her long tenure, Phillis has established herself as one of the largest and most respected pest control insurance specialists in the region. As a broker, Phillis recognizes the risks and exposures of pest control operators, particularly since she, herself, has held a pesticide applicator's license for over 30 years. In addressing these risks Phillis has worked with underwriters and senior management of pest control programs throughout the country in an effort to guarantee that the coverages Select sells are among the best available.

Frank is the Senior Vice President and Co-Principal of Select. He worked as an underwriter for an international insurance company as well as a risk manager for an international bank prior to his position at Select. His strong background guaranteed that Frank would be a value added member of the Select Insurance team. Growing up as the son of an owner-operator pest management professional, Frank is quite familiar with the pest control industry. In fact, it was his service as a pest control technician that afforded him both a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration. Frank spends much of his time traveling to pest control events in many of the states Select serves.

Glenn is the Director of Marketing. He has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Prior to his position at Select, Glenn was a pest control general liability underwriter with a strong background in customer service and management in the insurance industry. He remains an integral part of Select's pest control program and spends a great deal of time at state and regional pest control conferences. Glenn has developed a broad understanding of the demands and exposures of the pest control marketplace and is always available to address the concerns of the pest management professional.

Jackie started her insurance career over 25 years ago catering to the specific needs of the pest control industry. Throughout her career she has operated in multiple capacities within other pest control insurance programs and the retail management of pest control insurance clientele. She has developed a strong understanding of the insurance needs and demands of the industry. Jackie is always available to address the servicing needs of the pest control industry.

Billy, the Director of Marketing, Southeast Division for Select Insurance Agency, is a 14 year insurance veteran. His career in the insurance and pest control industry began in his home state where he worked for a pest control company in Oxford and Clarksdale, Mississippi. After spending six years at the University of Mississippi, Billy also attended the LSU Termite Training School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was the Regional Manager of a pest control insurance firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he was instrumental in designing comprehensive coverage plans for the industry. He is the former Director of Marketing for Capital Risk Underwriters, a national pest control program manager based in Orlando, Florida. His tenure in the industry allows him to bring inside and in-depth knowledge of the pest control industry to assist customers in managing their business exposures to a maximum potential.

Billy currently resides with his wife and children in Winter Garden, Florida.
